Barbara Robertson is a qualified Teacher and one of Sydney’s most experienced Alexander Technique teachers.
She has been running an Alexander Technique Practice in Double Bay for eighteen years.
It was the subtlety and vision of The Alexander Technique which brought Barbara into this field of work where she is now able to combine her two passions-health and teaching.
Barbara’s philosophy of health focuses on prevention and empowering people to take control of the management of their own health and wellbeing.
